When will the gung-ho, gun-toting wackos in the US learn that a constitutional right (?) to bear arms does not translate into a constitutional right to use them?
My normal suspects, who so strongly advocate the sheer delight of projecting a piece of hot metal through the body of another creature, are strangely quiet every time there is massacre in the US.
Today a Congresswoman is fighting for her life after being shot; presumably by someone who didn't share her views.
Couldn't they just vote her out instead?

Unfortunately, once let out of the bag, the cat is very difficult, if not impossible, to put back in the bag.
Our American cousins simply have to to live with the consequences, as there's no going back.
It's a bit like guaranteeing the right to strike.
If it wasn't for the fact that I do like a few Americans I would leave them to it.
Vote her out? How un-American.
